AI that creates quizzes to check understanding from employee training manuals

公開日: 更新日:

Hello! 😃 Employee training is essential, isn't it?

It takes a lot of time, money, and effort.

But honestly, from the perspective of the training provider, there are many uncertainties: did I truly convey the information? Did they remember it? It's also difficult to individually check on everyone, and creating tests manually is a huge hassle! And using ChatGPT to create them also comes with its own set of concerns...

So, I thought it would be great to have an AI that can create quizzes to check understanding from employee training manuals, with the guarantee that the data will not be used for learning.

The reason is simple: to reduce the anxiety and effort for training managers.

That's why a system that even privacy and data-sensitive companies can use with confidence is important, don't you think? 😎

Imagine this

The nagging worries of training managers: "Did it really get through?" "How can I check everyone's understanding?"

These aren't just operational challenges; they're also connected to the desire to teach well and to see team members grow. Having a tool that can carefully address these concerns would surely lighten their load. ☺️

How to use it is super simple

The training manager's job is to:

  • Input the manual
  • Select the desired quizzes from the output
  • Manually correct any nuance differences
  • Release it

That's it!!!

Don't you think it would be overwhelmingly easier compared to creating them from scratch?

Moreover, by selecting only good questions and making minor adjustments, the quality of the training should significantly improve.

Furthermore, if it could automatically generate a variety of question formats (multiple-choice, fill-in-the-blank, scenario questions, etc.) and follow-up questions tailored to the level of understanding, the depth of learning for participants would also change.

Emotionally, the manager's anxiety of "Is this good enough?" would decrease, and participants would feel reassured that "My understanding has been confirmed." It would be great if such a positive cycle could be created! 😀

Of course, it might not always be perfect, so a final check and fine-tuning would be necessary.

However, simply delegating the tedious preparation to AI would create both time and peace of mind.

If such a tool existed internally, training preparation time would be shortened, allowing more time to be spent on more essential "teaching methods" and "on-site follow-up," wouldn't it? 💭
