On a side note, despite our company's size, we pride ourselves on having assisted with quite a number of new business ventures.

What I've come to strongly realize through this experience is that "a business is almost entirely determined by the personality of its CEO. There is no other factor more significant than that."

More than money, more than environment, more than time, it's always about personality.

• Whether to do it with a group or a small team

I believe all these aspects are closely tied to the CEO's personality.

Even if a quiet person who prefers solitude manages a community, it won't really take off, and even if an outgoing person who loves working with others starts a business for deeply specialized individuals, they themselves might not feel connected to it.

Given this, wouldn't it be

Therefore, I thought it would be great to have a service that helps people consider recommended startups, side businesses, or career growth paths within their current company, with their personality as the starting point.

Concept

• Proprietary personality assessment, or input from other personality assessments
• Recommended business type (e.g., "Food and beverage is good!", "IT is good!")
• Recommended scale (e.g., "Aim for 10,000 yen/month!", "Aim for 1,000,000 yen/month!")
• Specific next actions
• List of necessary or useful tools
