Rental apartments and share houses for people in the same profession

公開日:

Hello! 😃

Once upon a time, there was a legendary apartment building called "Tokiwa-so" where many manga artists lived.

  • Osamu Tezuka
  • Fujiko Fujio
  • Shotaro Ishinomori
  • Fujio Akatsuka

And many other super legends supposedly lived there.

Hearing that story, a life of inspiring each other under the same roof with friends sounds very appealing.

That's why I think it would be great if there were apartment buildings that clearly state that people of a specific profession live there, even in this day and age. 💭

Specifically:

  • Musicians
  • Actors
  • Manga artists
  • Salespeople

...and so on.

If people from the same profession or industry gather, they can easily exchange information in shared areas, get a little advice, and encourage each other.

For creative professionals and freelancers who often feel lonely, having colleagues nearby who understand their struggles would be reassuring. ☺️

I often hear about "apartments where many musicians seem to live," but I don't often hear about apartments explicitly branded as "almost exclusively for people in the music industry."

Unless it's a tight-knit community like the Sekai no Owari house.

Of course, since it's a place to live, security and privacy are important.

That's why it's necessary to carefully screen applicants to prevent fans from sneaking in, and to ensure that individual rooms have locks, security cameras, and clear rules for using common spaces.

If the property includes soundproof rooms, small creative spaces, shared rooms for performance practice, information boards, or event spaces for skill exchange—whatever is necessary for that profession—daily life would surely become more fulfilling. 🎸🎭✍️

Emotionally, having the "condition" of being able to move in provides clear goals.

It can motivate people for auditions or submitting works, and create a place where they feel, "I want to live here, so I'll do my best."

The sense of security from having friends nearby, the warmth of mutual encouragement, and at times, the healthy tension created by rivalry—couldn't these emotional fluctuations be the driving force behind creation and growth? 😊
